This is the page where I introduce myself and tell you a little about myself and my art. I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, received my art education at Thiel College in Greenville, PA, and found my true calling when I switched from oils to pastels somewhere along the way. I probably started drawing horses about the same time that I picked up my first pencil and I haven't gotten tired of it yet.
I would describe and define myself as an artist/writer/dancer; usually, but not always, in that order. I believe that you should embrace your passions with dedication and absolute devotion, and that if you do, the work will speak for itself. I hope that my drawings touch something in everyone who sees them. My goal as an artist is to show not only the beauty of each animal but to offer a glimpse into its soul and personality.
