A combined action patrol of U.S. and Peruvian Marines moves silently through the Amazon rain forest of Peru. The location is near Iquitos, a jungle city located 2,000 miles up-river from the Atlantic Ocean. U.S. Marines provided training in non-combatant evacuation procedures to Peruvian Marines during Operation UNITAS in 2001.
