Like flies swarming over a corpse, Jap scavengers pick at a pyramid of stinking rags removed from American and Allied POW's at the Yokohama processing center. Although permeated with fleas and lice not many of these old clothes will go unused in the coming winter. Noticeable among the "maggots" were several recently released Jap Military and naval personnel who understand our attitude toward our POW's. In the background the American naval hospital ship is tied close to the processing shed and just astern of an unfinished Jap CAVE which nevertheless has received plenty of pre-natal attention from our fleet fliers.
